#09: Dropping Your Toddler’s Last Nap
Welcome to Episode 9 of "Creating Well-Rested Families," hosted by me, Unnati Patel, your certified pediatric sleep consultant and sleep bestie.
In this episode, we dive into a moment parents often dread: dropping their toddler's last nap. Is your toddler refusing their nap or fighting bedtime? They might be ready to drop that last nap, even if you’re not quite prepared for it. However, some signs can be misleading and may lead you to drop the nap too soon, causing more sleep troubles.
A family in our private group membership is currently experiencing this exact situation. I shared some strategies with them to help prevent dropping the nap completely, and I mention these strategies in this episode!
